My friends and I are sci-fi fans. It’s how we see the world.

I write for myself. It is something I have to do with this part of my life. Then I share the work with my friends, and with the people who connect with it.

These stories come from my life. I put myself into them. The hurt. The pressure. The pain. The losses. The strange little triumphs. The parts of me I am still trying to understand.

I am not trying to impress everyone. I am not chasing fame. I am not pretending to be anything other than a guy who has spent his life telling himself stories.

Little movies in my head.

I see the stories as gifts that were given to me. It is my responsibility to bring them into being the best that I can. I take that responsibility seriously.

This work carries a huge amount of my life, energy, and attention. These are the best versions of the stories I know how to tell right now.

If the work connects with you, good. If it does not, that is okay too.
